All artworks, regardless of their nature, remain the intellectual property of Emmanuelle Gérard, also known as Nue’G, even after purchase. The customer or collector is not permitted to create any derivative products based on the purchased artwork without the artist’s written consent.

This clause does not extend to social media posts featuring the purchased artwork, provided that proper credit is given to the artist in the post.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. It is important to carefully review your personal information when completing your order.

We take the utmost care in packaging your order. However, the studio cannot be held responsible for undelivered, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Prices are listed excluding VAT as the studio is not liable for VAT. The note « VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code » (« TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI ») will be included on all invoices.

Any import taxes or duties that may apply to international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and securely. As we handle your purchase with the utmost care and love, please allow up to four weeks for your package to be prepared and shipped after your purchase. We hope you enjoy your new artwork by Nue’G.
